Green Campus

ADA’s green and smart campus will be the first of its kind in the region. It seems fitting that this state-of-the-art facility will be located in Baku, a city whose name is derived from the “City of Winds.”

Our goal is to pioneer and promote alternative and environmentally friendly sources of energy in Azerbaijan and the broader region.

The green campus showcases alternative energies by relying heavily on wind energy and geothermal heating and cooling. “Green roofs” keep buildings cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We are building our campus in accordance with criteria of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), the first of its kind in our region.

Smart Campus

Built on a common digital infrastructure, the Smart Campus integrates building and educational services. Facilities boast the latest technology, including interactive classrooms, multi-media centers, various teaching and social spaces for faculty-student interaction, and larger venues for speeches and other programs. Innovative architecture designed to avoid isolation defines the buildings.
