Curriculum

Curriculum of the undergraduate program is designed to provide both breadth and depth of knowledge through general education requirements in the first two years and major requirements in the final two years of studies. Students declare their major at the end of the second year.

General Education Requirements – First and Second Year

In their first two years, students pursue general education courses in the following areas:

  • Social Sciences
  • Humanities
  • Science and Technology
  • Arts and Culture
  • Mathematics and Quantitative Reasoning

Curriculum also emphasizes skills development component of general education. To this end, students gain strong writing and leadership and communication skills through courses offered under the following areas:
  • Writing
  • Leadership, Teamwork and Communication


Major Requirements – Third and Fourth Year

In their final two years, students hone in on their chosen fields by pursuing one of two majors – Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (BAIS) and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA).

Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (BAIS)

Students who have chosen BAIS as their major degree complete eight core courses and select eight elective courses from the fields below:

  • International Politics
  • History of International Relations
  • Economics of International Relations

Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

Students who have chosen BBA as their major degree complete eleven core courses, four elective courses from their declared field of specialization and one elective from any field of specialization. Both core and elective courses are from the following fields:

  • Accounting
  • Finance 
  • Marketing
  • Organization and Management

Graduation Requirements

• Successfully complete 240 credits
• Complete general education requirements
• Complete major requirements
