In addition to an excellent academic record, successful students possess a good command of the English language to study in our four-year undergraduate programs. Fluency in the English language is an important component of students’ success in ADA’s degree programs.

IMPORTANT: Provided students get admitted into ADA, but they are not fluent in English, such students will be placed in our one-year Intensive English Language Program. Upon successful completion of that Program, they will be transferred to study in the first year of our undergraduate degree program. Click here to learn more about the English language program. 

Requirements for the Citizens of Azerbaijan

Citizens of Azerbaijan interested in our Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (BAIS) and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) are only required to take SSAC/TQDK  bachelor entrance exams. The candidates should apply to relevant groups determined by SSAC when they register. Currently, ADA is accepting students from Group II.

Applicants studying in both Azerbaijani and Russian must select English as their foreign language.

We do not require Azerbaijani citizens to submit an Application Form directly to ADA. The citizens of Azerbaijan should apply to ADA through SSAC only.

Requirements for International Students

For admission to Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (BAIS) or Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), international students must submit the following documents:

• Completed Online ADA Application Form
• Statement of Purpose

• CV (Resume)
• Application Fee– 15 AZN or USD/EURO equivalent 
• Copy of a certificate or diploma from previously attended schools
(translated into English and notary-certified)
• Official academic transcripts from all previously attended schools
(translated into English and notary-certified)
• Recent photo taken within the last six months
• Copy of Identification Card or Passport
• TOEFL or IELTS scores (if applicable)
• Evaluative Interview (for short-listed candidates)

Online Application

ADA online application system allows prospective students to submit most of the required application documents electronically. Official transcripts, diplomas and official test scores maybe sent separately to the ADA Admissions Office by mail or delivered in person. Official test scores should be sent to the ADA Admissions Office from the appropriate testing organization at the applicant’s request.

Application Fee

All prospective students can pay the application fee online (15 AZN or USD/EURO equivalent) using a credit card at the time of submission. Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

ADA does not accept the application fee payments over the phone. Applicants without credit card can wire their application fee directly to the ADA’s bank account. The proof of payment should be mailed or delivered to the ADA office along with other documents. See below the bank details for application fee.
