Fakhri Karimli

Fakhri Karimli serves as Councillor of external relations at Representative Office of  SOCAR in Romania.  He holds a bachelor’s (2000) and master’s degree (2002) in International Relations from the Baku State University, and PhD in History of International Relations from Constantza Ovidius University, Romania (2008).  His current research interests include the foreign policy of Azerbaijan, Eastern and Central Europe, international negotiations and conflict resolution.  He authored numerous articles and reviews for Azerbaijani and Romanian press.
