Etibar Najafov, Dr. is head of the European Studies Department at the Baku Slavic University. He holds kandidat nauk in Social Philosohy from the Leningrad State University and doctorate in Social Philosophy from the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. His research interests include Azerbaijan’s post-communist transition and theory of international relations.
