Kenyon Weaver

Kenyon S. Weaver is a lawyer based in New York and the publisher of the Caspian Business Journal, a monthly online publication. He was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Turkmenistan from 2003-2005, and co-founded the Turkmenistan Youth & Civic Values Foundation. He received his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. from Georgetown.
