Samuel Lussac

Samuel Lussac is a French PhD candidate at the research centre SPIRIT at the Institute of Political Science of Bordeaux.  Currently, he is also a guest researcher at the Department of International Relations at Kadir Has University (Istanbul, Turkey).  His research focuses on cooperation in the field of hydrocarbons transport between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, and he has published several studies on this, including Géopolitique du Caucase.
