Tahir Taghizade is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenopotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic. In 1989, Mr. Taghizade graduated cum laude from School of International Relations at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Czech, and has some knowledge of Slovak and Turkish.
