Career Management Center serves to see all our students fully engaged in their career exploration, helps them to see the relevance of their education to their career development and enables them to achieve their career goals by offering individual career counseling, practice interviews, mentoring by ambassadors and career connection projects.

Individual Career Counseling

Career counselors are available to work with each single student and offer them a tailored career counseling. Counselors help students to develop and follow a carefully-designed career plan throughout their course of study.

Mentoring by Ambassadors

We have teamed up with young and successful Ambassadors of Azerbaijan, who offer advice to our students interested to pursue a career in Foreign Service. Over a period of a year, ambassadors serve as mentors to a select number of students at ADA.  

Mock Interviews

Interviews are a key part of securing an internship and later, a job opportunity. We carefully prepare our students to turn both of these opportunities into a reality when they present themselves. Sessions teach different interview techniques, types and styles of interviews, self-awareness, selling your benefits, gaining company knowledge, etiquette and feedback skills. Prior to actual interview, our career counselors and alumni conduct a mock interview, after which our students receive a valuable feedback.
