Assessment Tool

Before arriving on campus, our students complete a self assessment test that helps them target their personal strengths, career interests and goals. We have been employing MBTI as a personality assessment test which enables to define each students’ personality type, competences and associate with relevant job families.  

Networking

We encourage our students to network with one another, and to use ADA’s comprehensive list of government and non-government contacts around the world. As part of our Global Perspectives series, we host frequent events and lectures where our students gain a valuable access to executives from both public and private sectors both in Azerbaijan and around the world.
