MS. AYGUN HAJIYEVA

 Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva is currently Associate Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs at ADA University. Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva has joined ADA in August 2007. She has been responsible for development of Executive Education Programs for professionals in government and corporate sector. Ms. Hajiyeva is also responsible for managing and growing client relations for Executive Education and successfully delivering of high quality programs to civil servants, foreign diplomats and managers in corporate sector.
In 2007-2008 she was on “Job Training Visit” to US working in Azerbaijani Embassy in Washington DC and universities’ administration at John Hopkins University, Georgetown University, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. In 2010, Ms. Hajiyeva was on “Job Training Visit” in Azerbaijani Embassy in London and Oxford University Foreign Service Program and London Business School.
Ms. Hajiyeva holds a Master’s degree in History of International Relations from Baku State University. She received Certificate on “Management Development Program” by Harvard Institutes for Higher Education (Graduate School of Education) in June 2014.  She has received a numerous certificate programs in the field of Leadership Development, Public Administration and Diplomatic Studies in Europe and USA in 2008-2014.
Ms. Hajiyeva received an “Award of Appreciation for Five Years of Dedicated Service” to Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy on August 1, 2012.
Training Experience: Leadership Skills; Effective Communication Skills; Public Diplomacy and History of Diplomacy.

MS. NIGAR HUSEYNOVA
CHIEF PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Responsible for the Corporate Open Enrollment Courses, Master Classes and Workshops.
Education: Dual MBA degree in Projects and Operations Management from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and Georgia State University (USA). BA degree in American Studies from Azerbaijan University of Languages. Participant of “Sister Schools Exchange Program” (2003, USA) and “Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellowship” (2007, USA)

MS. LAMAN AZIZOVA
CHIEF PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Responsible for development, planning, implementing and evaluating training programs for government agencies.
Education: MA in Diplomacy and International Affairs, ADA University; BA with Honors in Oriental Studies, major in Japanese Studies, Baku State University; winner of Japanese Government Monbukagakusho (MEXT) Scholarship, one-year study abroad program on “Japanese Studies”, Kyoto University, Japan.

MS. ALIYA AGHALAROVA
PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Responsible for assisting the Executive Education team in the implementation of all aspects of Executive Education initiatives. 
Education: Master’s degree in International Relations from Azerbaijan State Economic University, and a BA degree in British Studies from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
