Baku,Azerbaijan-Dana Perino, former White House Press Secretary held a session on Media Techniques and Strategies for AFSP participants at ADA on May 14-15, 2009. She shared her experience on managing the press, formulating messages and communication strategies during the two-day training. The training also focused on what it takes to be a good political press secretary. 

Perino also shared personal anecdotes about her White House experience with the participants. The training was followed by a mock press conference, where the students were required to apply the techniques they learned.
