Campus Facilities

ADA campus is an academic village where students will live and learn together. The campus is comprised of four buildings: two Academic Buildings, Library and Student Center.

From the administration, admissions and career management offices to the library, classrooms, faculty and research offices, ADA’s new campus features unique and innovative architecture designed to advance and enhance the way students learn in the 21st Century. The architecture enforces principles of transparency, dialogue and interaction.

Academic facilities include high-tech interactive classrooms, numerous case-study classrooms, private study banquets and group study rooms. ADA pioneers a new way of teaching in Azerbaijan. Teaching is not confined to inside classrooms. It is taken outside and conducted in classrooms, such as Garden Amphitheater. Learning continues beyond classrooms into courtyards, coffee shops, conference facilities and lounges.

All seminar and lecture rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual and teleconferencing technologies.

Special features of the campus include a state-of-the-art conference facility, music and painting studios, bookstore, coffee shops and snack bars, lounges, cyber cafe, as well as library. ADA Library will be a repository of some 120,000 volumes. Most importantly, the Library will be a significant investment in electronic resources. It is a combination of a virtual and physical library of the latest trend.

All teaching and social spaces have been designed with faculty-student interaction in mind, and there are multiple larger venues – including a yard and commons area – for speeches, gatherings and other programs. ADA’s Commons is designed after Caravansara to revive the Silk Road “from exchange of goods to exchange of ideas.”

ADA understands that a healthy, well-rested student is a high-performing student. A fitness center and wide variety of dining facilities will be available in the campus. Dining and coffee-break options include cafeteria, numerous snack and coffee shops, and a faculty dining room.
