On October 7, ADA University welcomed Chargé d'affaires of the Republic of Chile in Azerbaijan, Mr. Gabrial Jara Maldonado who lectured about innovation, new tools for promotion, and world practice on using modern promo instruments.
Mr. Gabrial Jara Maldonado, an experienced diplomat and professor provided a descriptive scenario about the strong economies based on knowledge, its positive impact on creating interstate and also interpersonal relations among nations, reinforced his speech with the real-case examples that occurred in South America.
"The fundamentals of the knowledge economy are: creation, dissemination, and using of knowledge," emphasized Mr. Maldonado.
Besides talking about Chile's experience in knowledge management, Mr. Chargé d'affaires talked about the start-up opportunities in Chile and advanced human capital formation strategy run by the Chilean government.
Mr. Maldonado provided information about 'Start-Up Chile' (SUP), the public startup accelerator program created by the Chile government for attracting high potential entrepreneurs to realize their bright startup ideas and use Chile as their next stop.
Mr.Maldonado particularly stressed the Chilean well- designed national strategy and welcomed all the innovative minds to start their ideas in Chile.
