ADA University hosted conference, "Current state and prospects of Russian-Azerbaijani economic relations"

Today, ADA University hosted a conference, "Current state and prospects of Russian-Azerbaijani economic relations" with the attendance of high-caliber officials and distinguished panelists.

Delivering a welcoming speech, Ambassador Hafiz Pashayev, Rector of ADA University highlighted the importance of scientific collaboration of Azerbaijani and Russian scientists for advancing the integration process.

"We have always felt Russia's support in preserving regional stability,'' said rector Pashayev while expressing his hope that the two countries will maintain and develop bilateral relations.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk highlighted the region's transformation into a macroregion and touched upon efforts undergone for providing a space and possibilities for working citizens and the transportation of commodities.

Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev underlined the expansion of collaboration between Russia and Azerbaijan, emphasizing regional difficulties, including armed conflict, the COVID-19 epidemic, and the energy crisis.
