Each School is staffed with a CMC counselor who assists students with their relevant concerns. They work closely with employers to facilitate internships and employment availability to the ADA community.

Some of the services CMC offers are:

  • Resume and cover letter writing and review
  • Career Advising and Mentoring
  • Development of branding and networking skills
  • Mock Interviews
  • Career Fair and Industry panels

This is the right place to come to and figure out what you want to do in your professional life and how to accomplish it.

Employers

A pioneer of University-Industry collaboration in the country, ADA University works with employers to establish long-term relationships and hone the competitiveness of companies, the university and the country at large. Together, we invest in the future by creating growth and deliver lasting prosperity via the cultivation of human capital. This is how your company can engage with ADA University students:

Cultivate

Granting internship opportunities to ADA University students helps them gain valuable learning experience while helping your organization to cultivate potential employees. By seeing first hand how companies work, our students get a perspective on the industry they want to work in once graduated, build their resumes and propel themselves above “zero experience” level by the time they are in the market. Companies like yours acquire temporary human capacity to staff unfinished projects and complete challenging ones, as well as launch new initiatives.

Hire

Our students exhibit outcome images you seek in future leaders: highly intellectual, solution providers, effective communicators, close collaborators and ethical citizens. They possess competencies such as content knowledge with critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, complex problem solving, creativity, diversity and teamwork, enhanced communication, a strong command of English, active listening and participation, ethics and self-reflection, and finally, civic engagement. They are the human capacity that will take your company to the next level.
