The main objective of the program, attended by young, mid-level and senior foreign diplomats, is to develop management and leadership skills.

The program consists of five different modules, covering topics such as international politics, law and organizations, economic and energy issues, public diplomacy, leadership development and Azerbaijani studies. Foreign diplomats participating in this program also get detailed information about our country, its history, policy, geography, and culture. Participants have the opportunity to visit Karabakh, experiencing the vibrant renewal of this war-torn region in this peaceful era after its liberation. They witness firsthand the reconstruction, rebuilding, and fast-paced development of the region during the trip.

Program participants are selected through an interview process, among the candidates submitted by the relevant countries.
