Ms. Isayeva designs, develops, and evaluates leadership programs at Executive Education, ADA University. She has previously worked as a State Program Specialist at the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, overseeing programs for PhD students abroad, and as a Specialist for Student Programs and Learning at ADA University, focusing on student leadership. She manages leadership programs, builds relationships with corporate clients, and ensures the successful implementation of programs with government officials and diplomats.Her expertise includes program development, client relationship management, and leadership development, delivering impactful results for both participants and organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education Management from ADA University.
