Ms. Huseynova designs, develops, and manages training programs for government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. With a strong background in higher education management, accreditation, and quality assurance, she brings strategic planning and program design expertise to public sector capacity building. She engages with key stakeholders—both internally and externally—to ensure the delivery of meaningful and results-oriented learning experiences for civil servants. Her work supports institutional development and contributes to the professional growth of public sector employees. Her expertise includes training program design, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs from ADA University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
