ADA University organizes a three-day workshop under the theme of Three components of Educational Management.
This workshop is tailored with the expectations of individuals who are seeking leadership roles at schools, universities or education-related agencies and organizations. The rigorously designed workshop will widen your knowledge on following key directions:
- Educational administration
- Policy design and curriculum
- Organizational planning
Through 3-day sessions, participants will gain an understanding of basic education theories and relevant leadership styles, models, and strategies that are required for leading, managing, and mobilizing educational organizations.
