ADA University is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 20th IEEE International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT2026), which will take place on October 14–16, 2026, in Baku.

Organized with the technical support of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, AICT2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the conference series and will bring together researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and explore the latest developments in information and communication technologies.

The conference is co-organized by leading international institutions, including Politecnico di Torino, George Washington University, Nazarbayev University, United Arab Emirates University, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Kazakh-British Technical University, Tbilisi State University, Georgian Technical University, SDU University, and the Institute for Information Science and Technologies Alessandro Faedo, alongside IEEE partner chapters and affinity groups.

AICT2026 will feature keynote speeches, tutorials, and technical sessions. This year’s keynote speakers include Erol Gelenbe, who will present “AI Viewed as Optimization and Simulation,” and Huseyin Atakan Varol, who will speak on “Creating Generative AI Models for Low-Resource Contexts.”

The conference welcomes submissions across a broad range of topics, including data science and advanced analytics, data engineering, high-performance computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, software engineering, cybersecurity, communication systems, signal processing, and ICT applications in business, education, and healthcare.

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed in leading academic databases.
