The School of Business at ADA University invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor in Reward Management within the Master of Science in Human Resource Management program for the Spring 2026 semester. We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated instructor with a passion for teaching and a commitment to engaging students in an international academic environment.
Course Description
This course explores the principles and practices of reward management, including compensation, benefits, and performance-based reward systems, with a focus on strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with course learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise in reward management by integrating theory and practice in the classroom.
- Encourage analytical and critical thinking in students.
- Meet all scheduled classes and fulfill all academic responsibilities as outlined in the syllabus.
- Hold office hours and provide timely, constructive feedback on student performance.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of relevant teaching experience.
- At least three years of professional work experience in reward management or a closely related area.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- A strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success.
