SAFS students had the valuable opportunity to attend an introductory seminar on food science delivered by Carlo Mengucci, Assistant Professor in the Department of Agri-Food Science at the University of Bologna. The session strengthened their understanding of modern food systems and challenged them to think critically, innovate boldly, and envision their future role in shaping a more sustainable and science-driven agri-food sector.
