Master of Science in Human Resource Management
Master of Science in Human Resource Management is a two-year program, designed by ADA University faculty in collaboration with industry experts in human resource management, including members of the CHRO club, to cater to the needs of professionals at various career stages, including those entering the field and experienced professionals in human resource management.It prepares specialists who can assess the needs of the organization's human resources, and competencies of organizations and find appropriate ways to direct the ability of employees to promote the growth of intellectual capital of organizations and increase the added value created by the organization. It provides students with an opportunity to get acquainted with the most relevant HR theory and practice, to acquire technical and data management skills as well as to improve their interpersonal skills in a balanced manner. The program meets the needs of the modern labor market, as there is a high demand for HRM professionals who know how to work in international teams while considering the specifics and the context of the local market.
