EduDialogues: Transforming Institutional Practices through Innovative Pedagogy and Data-driven Pathways

Our next #EduDialogues session will be devoted to topic "Transforming Institutional Practices through Innovative Pedagogy and Data-driven Pathways".
Dr. Padmanabhan Seshaiyer, Professor and Director at the George Mason University, USA will provide insights about the innovative educational frameworks and instructional approaches that integrate equitable and inclusive pedagogy and enhance their own instructional practices for broadening participation in research, education and outreach. Discussions will also include the opportunity to engage the next-generation workforce through data-driven pathways as well as nurture them on human-centered approaches for problem solving, that will help us to understand the lifelong skills and competencies required to close the gap between higher education and workforce development.
Dr. Padmanabhan Seshaiyer is a Professor and Director at George Mason University (GMU) where he has served in multiple leadership positions including the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of the STEM Accelerator Program and Director of the Center for Outreach in Mathematics Professional Learning and Educational Technology.
