ADA University Executive Education offers Open Enrollment Programs and Custom Programs as part of its Corporate Executive Education. This diverse portfolio covers Strategy, Human Resources, Project Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Enhanced Communication Skills, Finance, Marketing, Protocol and Etiquette, Business Ethics and others. This diverse comprehensive portfolio is designed to address the specific goals of an individual and/or company.
Our programs run from two days to two weeks. They are offered consequently or in modules spread over a certain period. While doing so, we try to accommodate busy schedules of our participants.

Open Enrollment Programs are offered on specific topics of interest and are open to employees of all companies and organizations. Custom Programs are designed to meet the specific training needs of a single employer. To make these programs accessible to even more employees, we provide simultaneous translation from English to Azerbaijani for those participants who are not fluent in English. Participants receive ADA University Executive Education certificates at the end of each program.

Custom Programs stem from our partnership with a company. We design and offer them together with you and adjust the length of the programs to better accommodate your busy schedules. We modify the focus of the content to better address specific challenges and offer faculty and practitioners with substantial technical expertise in your field of business.
Whatever we do, we involve company management in designing these programs, and even enable them to take part in the courses themselves. Custom Programs can be a highly efficient and cost effective way of training a large group of employees at the same time.
