We are delighted to share that an academic article authored by Dr. Mugabil Isayev, Assistant Professor of Finance, has been published in the Journal of Economic Studies.
The article, titled "Asymmetric effects of monetary policy on non-bank financial intermediation (NBFI) assets: A panel quantile regression approach," investigates the asymmetric effects of monetary policy on non-bank financial intermediation (NBFI) assets across 29 countries from 2012 to 2020. The empirical results show a significant heterogeneous impact of monetary policy and suggest several implications for policymakers and regulatory bodies.
