ADA University announces Employability Week 2026

12.03.2026

ADA University Career Services will host Employability Week 2026 from 6 to 15 April on the ADA University campus. The program is designed to strengthen students’ employability and career readiness by providing opportunities for direct engagement with employers and practice-oriented professional development.

This event will bring together industry professionals and students in an intensive eight-day training program aimed at developing practical skills, expanding career awareness, and building connections between students and employers. Sessions will be held on working days from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with 24–25 selected students participating in interactive, employer-led sessions.

The program seeks to help students gain a better understanding of career pathways, workplace expectations, and the competencies required for early-career success. It also focuses on enhancing communication, job-search, and networking skills while providing insight into current industry expectations.

Throughout the week, participants will attend sessions on the following topics:

  • Professional mindset and emotional intelligence

  • Future skills and AI readiness

  • Interview preparation

  • Innovation and intrapreneurial thinking

  • Personal branding

  • Professional networking

Employers will also deliver industry-focused sessions, introducing students to sector trends, real business cases, and practical workplace experiences.

The program will begin with an Opening Ceremony on 6 April, bringing together ADA University leadership, partner companies, and participating students. During the program, employers will have the opportunity to observe and assess students’ communication abilities, motivation, and professional readiness.

The program will conclude with a Final Assessment on 15 April, where students will demonstrate their employability skills through interviews or practical evaluations. Based on their performance, selected students may be identified by partner companies for internship opportunities.

The Closing Ceremony and Awarding will take place on 24 April, where winners will be announced and company representatives will share their experiences and recommendations with students.

Employability Week continues to serve as an important platform for strengthening collaboration between ADA University and industry partners while supporting students in their transition from academic studies to professional careers.
