ADA University hosted the 4th English Language for Academic Purposes Olympiad held for the 10th and 11th class school students. This year's Olympiad brought together 556 competitors from 164 different schools of capital Baku.
The first round of the Olympiad was designed to test grammatical knowledge and reading skills of school students.
The second round was followed by 108 students who successfully completed the previous round. This round’s students have been tested on their listening and writing skills.
AND now is time to announce the winners:
-Nurgun Rafizade ( Kaspi Lyceum) – First place
-Rabiyya Huseynova (Turkish Lyceum of Dayanat Foundation) – Second place
-Aydan Jafarova (Baku European Lyceum)– Third place
The first-place winner Nurgun will attend a one-week English language course at the Stonar Private School of UK.
