We are happy to announce that “Jestdili.az” website developed by the students of SITE (School of Information Technology and Engineering) has been launched.
The collaboration between "Nar" and "Karlara Destek" Public Union led to the development of the first online Azerbaijani sign language dictionary, empowering individuals with speech and hearing disabilities and their families to learn sign language anytime, anywhere, and at no cost. The "jestdili.az" project has also been recognized with the Golden World Award by the International Public Relations Association.
We congratulate our students and thank Abzatdin Adamov, Dean of SITE, Nuraddin Sadili, Instructor of SITE, and Firuza Mammadzada, Coordinator of the team, for their support throughout the process.
