Overview
ADA University announces ADA Life in 20 Posters, a poster competition inviting ADA University students to visually interpret life at ADA through poster art. The competition aims to revive poster-making as a form of artistic and intellectual expression while creating a collective visual portrait of the university through student perspectives.
Twenty selected works will form the exhibition ADA Life in 20 Posters.
Eligibility
Open to all current ADA University students
Individual participation only
One submission per participant
Theme
Participants are encouraged to reflect on:
student life and campus culture
learning, discovery, and personal growth
community, dialogue, and diversity
ADA values and identity
Everyday moments at ADA University.
Accepted Formats
The competition accepts both digital and handcrafted (physical) posters.
Digital posters created using graphic design tools
Handcrafted posters, created by hand as original works of art (drawing, painting, collage, mixed media)
Handcrafted posters must be photographed or scanned in high quality for submission.
Size and Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
All posters must be created in the 70 × 100 cm format.
Digital posters are accepted in 70 × 100 cm proportion, 300 dpi resolution, and file format JPG or PDF
Handcrafted posters must physically measure 70 × 100 cm
All submissions must be original works, created specifically for this competition
Submission Requirements and Deadline
Each submission must include:
Poster file (digital or scanned image of handcrafted work)
Poster title
Short description (maximum 100 words)
Participant’s full name and program
Works must be submitted to postercompetition@ada.edu.az before the deadline of March 1, 2026.
Selection and Use
20 posters will be selected by a jury. Selected posters may be displayed on ADA University campus screens, exhibitions, presented as an installation, featured on ADA digital platforms and publications.

Rights & Credits
Authors retain full authorship of their works. ADA University reserves the right to display and promote the selected posters for non-commercial, educational, and exhibition-related purposes, with full credit to the authors.
Awards & Certificates
All participants will receive certificate of participation. The authors of the top 3 posters wil receive special prizes, such as smartwatches, wireless headphones, and tablets. Selected posters will be exhibited at various ADA University locations.
