We are delighted to inform that International Leadership Research Forum – Early Childhood (ILRF EC) Conference will be hosted at ADA University on 29th – 31st August 2022.
Since its establishment in 2011, participants come together to share their ideas, knowledge, and experiences about the work of early childhood education leaders and learn from each other through asking questions, engaging in critical reflection, and providing constructive feedback. The forum provides opportunities including presentation of current research, development of new international research proposals, and visit and interaction with educational leaders in the host country. In coming together through the conference, engaging in collaborative research and writing on leadership in early childhood education will generate new knowledge and understandings in this field.
The main purpose of the conference, which will be held at ADA University, is to provide networking opportunities for the individuals involved in leadership in early childhood education research and to enable them to present their theoretical and practical approaches to this field. The forum will also provide a platform for collaborative research, meetings, and discussions on specific topics related to leadership in early childhood education. About 70 participants from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Finland, Australia, South Africa, Norway, and Germany will attend the ILRF Conference.
