On November 13, 2018 ADA University received a prestigious “Innovation award” from Ellucian, the world’s leading provider of innovative technology solutions for higher education institutions. The 2018 “Innovation Award” is presented annually at the Ellucian Middle East User Conference in three categories: Operational Excellence, Constituent Support and Student Success. The Ellucian User Conference is the biggest annual event of its kind, attracting every year more than 500 decision makers and policy influencers from leading higher education institutions across the region.
ADA University was one of the three institutions of higher education that have been named winners for achieving measurable improvements through the application of the company’s products and services. The award was given to ADA in recognition of the successful implementation of Banner Student Information System. Banner Student was launched in Fall 2017 following a rigorous one-year implementation process. Since the launch of Banner Student, the university has experienced a much more efficient admissions and registration process while integrating and automating business processes among key functions such as recruitment, admissions, registration and student accounts.
