On April 21, ADA University hosted the opening ceremony of a three-week seminar series for 20 employees of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance. This seminar is part of the "Capacity-Building" Program.

At the opening ceremony, speeches were given by ADA University Vice Rector Dr. Fariz Ismailzade and his Advisor Aygun Hajiyeva. Deputy Director of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance Nigar Bayramova, Head of Mandatory Health Insurance Department Vugar Gurbanov, and  Head of the Human Resource Management and Development Department Mushfig Amirjanov.

The speakers highlighted that the employees taking part in the seminars will share their knowledge and experience with their colleagues, contributing to the overall development of the Agency.

The first week of the program will focus on workshops covering topics like team management, motivation, effective communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and strategic planning.

In the second week, the program will concentrate on speech and presentation skills, as well as crisis communication.

The third week will include workshops on adapting to changes in the work environment, managing business meetings successfully, and building professional relationships.

The program will be led by ADA University faculty and board members, along with guest speakers from local government agencies, international organizations, and large businesses operating in the country.
