Ms. Gultakin Salamova, a Diversity and Inclusive Education Specialist in the Student Services Department of ADA University visited the French American Business School (CEFAM) in Lyon, France as a part of Erasmus+staff mobility program. This was her first Erasmus+ experience and also the first visit to Europe. The main purposes of the visit were mainly to get familiar with European teaching and learning experience, and also to gain more descriptive information about the implemented strategy of CEFAM's International Relations and Student Admissions Office toward the people with special needs and disabilities.
The added value of the trip in terms of modernization is to transform CEFAM's experience into the ADA University and strength University's management skills and strategy on working with the people with special needs.
