ADA University hosted diplomatic week

On July 15-19, ADA University in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan hosted diplomatic week which was organized to the honor of 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan diplomatic services. The Week was held under the theme “Azerbaijan diplomacy-100 years”.

The purpose of the course was to equip the students with interlace nature of diplomacy, and foreign policy strategy of Azerbaijan and its accomplishments via the keynote speeches by the high-calibre officials from the Presidential Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, and the heads of diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan.

Addressing the guests, head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Mr. Hikmet Hajiyev highlighted 100-year-long accomplishments of Azerbaijan diplomacy, informed the youth about Azerbaijan’s position in the international arena, and worthy diplomatic activities of our diplomats abroad.
The scope of youth in international relations is growing vividly as this area requires fresh minds and dynamic energy. Hence, the course of Azerbaijan diplomacy was a remarkable opportunity for prospective diplomats to gain solid knowledge and practical toolkit on the diplomatic landscape.
