Today MGIMO University’s Rector Dr. Anatoly Torkunov delivered a lecture entitled “New processes of modern International Relations”.
Dr. Torkunov’s lecture brought together the representatives of diplomatic corps, students, and professionals of IR.
Addressing the guests, Rector of ADA University, ambassador Hafiz Pashayev stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships with MGIMO University.
Ambassador Pashayev said: “Besides cultivating well-educated individuals in the International relationships sphere, MGIMO University plays an important role in cherishing professionals in Sciences."
Following Ambassador Pashayev’s speech, Dr. Torkunov expressed his gratitude to ADA University's management for providing opportunity to widen the audience’s insight on IR affairs.
"Considering the changing conceptual parameters of international relations, we can characterize the modern international system as the post-bipolar period."
The unprecedented technological advancement in the Information domain and influence of artificial intelligence in international affairs make an immense difference between classic and today's diplomacy," added Dr. Torkunov to his speech.
