A concert  program by the Cadenza Contemporary Orchestra was performed at ADA University

On November 28, a concert by the Cadenza Contemporary Orchestra was performed at ADA University.

The concert, organized within the framework of the "Azerbaijani Studies" course taught to the students of ADA University, was attended by the university's faculty and students as well as cultural figures.

The concert program started with the performance of the unforgettable composer Asaf Zeynalli's "Mughamsayaghi" and the son of the great poet and dramatist Huseyn Javid, the composer Artoghrul Javid's "Chal, oyna" "Zangazur daghlarinda" and other works.

Then music lovers listened to selected works of our world-known composers, Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Gara Garayev, and Fikrat Amirov.
The works of Khayyam Mirzazade and Ismayil Hajibeyov were also performed during the concert program.

Afat Muradova, the main organizer of the concert program, mentioned that the primary goal of organizing the concert is to protect our national and spiritual values, promote our art and music among young people, and bring together the ADA University community, which has an intensive study and work schedule, under the sound of music.

Matt Garnett, a participant in the concert and an international student representing the USA, said that the works played here indicate the rich musical heritage of Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the soloists of the concert program organized under the artistic direction of Turkan Gasimzade are Fatima Nasirli (violin), Afag Garayeva (piano), and Samir Asadov (concertmaster).
